Labor Day (today) is totally ignored. No work songs, no sir. Foremost on the agenda is the matter of child control...because once again it is the annual Take Your Kids to Play Day (you think this is WORK, bub?). Madelyn (just turned 12), Nathan (age 9), and Eleyna (age 4) are here to do whatever they do when I drag them down to the station. Which usually means live musical performances by Maddy, some valiant attempts at same by Eleyna, and tales of bug and other creepy creature captures by Nate (after some cajoling). And so it was today.
